I like this post Bada, I was thinking of posting something similar.

That said Its kind of hard to put a range out there since for me the following variables will change my Shoving range:

  1. # of BBs I have
  2. Position
  3. Stacks behind me
  4. Aggresiveness level of the Table
  5. ICM (Money jumps)
  6. What position my stack is overall

shoving ranges for me when i am 19 BBS but still top ten stack are fairly tight from MP with big stacks behind (you have 3 stacks that can put you on 5 BBs or less  if you lose, so I might be more inclined to raise call some hands (or even raise fold on crazy action):

I would raise-call with AA-QQ, AKs, AK

I would shove something like: JJ-77,A5s-AQs, ATo+

this is pretty exploitable so If I feel the field is capable I might change my raise-call vs shove ratio

How about calling ranges ?  What would people call with a 19 bbs shove?

In this hand, all the shortstacks have folded and you have the bigger stacks behind you to act , so imo I have a moore tight shove range here,

somehting like  77+, AJs+

Not really experienced at Turbo MTT though, lets hear what the others Members have to say cool

I think you can shove or fold here. Being a turbo, we should not be passing up very many semi-marginal spots at chipping up. We can get called by so many variations of over cards to flip for a good stack and steal the blinds the rest. Like Isaac said, there will be some factors that play in my decision and game flow will help me decide. Top 10 stack doesnt mean a ton since everyone has 14-20bb's or so. So its just optimal push/fold game at this point. I can go either way here and will make decision in the moment.

Shoving any pair here is profitable. <20 bbs I pretty much always shove any pair here unless there are a ton of regs behind me who I know are going to call me based on my shoving range from that stack rather than my r/c range. Even if there are regs they still need to wake up and would probably want to be the first one in with fold equity anyway instead of taking a marginal call. In this particular case I shove any pair, j10s, kqo, a5s+, a10o+
