hey, this was quite an active table but I don’t have much reads on these opponents. I was unsure if this was a shove , given our stacksize I don’t think its terrible…it depends on the range we put them…

It would be a mistake to shove QJs over the original MP opener, let alone facing a 3bet. I’d 100% be shoving vs CO/BTN open but, as mentioned by 3for3, you have very little fold equity against a single raise so I want to be sure my opponent is in a position where their range is fairly wide.
One of the issues with QJs (and similar hands like QTs,JTs) is that you block some of your opponent’s weakest hands. Although your hand has decent equity against very strong ranges, I prefer re-shoving hands like KJs,KTs,ATs, and even A9/A8s. Not here, I think I’d be looking for 77,AQo,AJs (and anything worse than 99/AQs/AQ is kinda marginal). The 3bettor’s range should be a little too strong for us to get involved wide, even with only 10.5bb.

Whoops, totally misread that. Doesn’t change the fact that I think we just have to fold but that does make it closer. Villain’s range for raising a limper may be slightly wider than their open range in some situations, but on 30bb I would expect the opposite to be true, especially with all the shortstacks behind (BTN/blinds all <20bb).
Can shove wider than ranges I gave, something like 66,ATs,AJ,KQs might be appropriate. Maybe not if we suspect the limper is frequently slowplaying monsters. If limper is 33/10 then I’m not too worried. If they are something like 22/15, their range might be ~1/2 nutted combos and I’d revert to the tighter ranges from my first post.
