This is the FT of a $16.50 360cap (we had full 360 runners). Except for one player (the bigstack in BB), all are very profitable regs. I felt quite comfortable here, but had to take some spots. This, I thought, was one of them.

Should I just have folded my hand? Given the low stacksize I have I might have felt I had to act, even though waiting a bit longer might be the btter option? The CO was one of the best regs and opened 32% of buttons over 200 hands, he had opened his last 4 CO and button hands. That's why I shoved.

Poker Stars $15.00+$1.50 No Limit Hold'em Tournament – t3000/t6000 Blinds + t750 – 8 players.

Onkiss ^..^ (MP1): BB = 17.2, t103439
pctnet (MP2): BB = 5.6, t33857
7jujuba7 (CO): BB = 18.0, t107917
DamoNics (BTN): BB = 57.4, t344226
patawkubakia (SB): BB = 26.1, t156550
Hero (BB): BB = 10.3, t62067
drhat (UTG): BB = 32.4, t194368
Hoppi777 (UTG+1): BB = 12.9, t77576

Pre Flop: (t15000) Hero is BB with Q of clubs 8 of diamonds
4 folds, 7jujuba7 raises to t12000, 2 folds, Hero raises to t61317 all in, 7jujuba7 calls t49317

Flop: (t131634) 3 of hearts Q of spades 3 of diamonds (2 players – 1 is all in)

Turn: (t131634) K of clubs (2 players – 1 is all in)

River: (t131634) 4 of spades (2 players – 1 is all in)

Is this a good shove against a notorious button-opener with this weak hand, because my stack is getting very shallow? Or should I just wait for a slightly better spot? I felt there wasn't much time left to wait for a better spot and given his raising% I just put it in… any suggestions?

I think this is completely read based and given his profile I like the shove….you still have enough chips to have FE and sometimes good spots don't come until you are so short it's too late. His stack is big enough to raise fold and hopefully he will. If he does have a hand and calls you hopefully have live cards. I had almost an identical situation this pm with Q 10 off and he called with K J off and I caught the Q. Don't blind off! If you don't get a table change this situation will probably come up again and you can't let him think he can walk over you. If he's got you beat he's got you beat

Ugh I dont know. Seems like ICM suicide, but we are pretty short. Maybe with a better suited queen Id like it more.
