I 3b/call. 3b induces action and I'm clearly not going anywhere with 1010 in this spot.

3b/call, need to be alot deeper to flat or know that he will barrel of his stack pretty light post.

Let's take our eyes off our hand for a sec, villain is making a standard open and based on his position/image/stack size can do this with most reasonable hands… but he's also doing this while the table chip leader is on the button. Based on his previous stats I think his range (if he recognizes this) will need to narrowed down to hands that play well post flop should BU flat… so regardless of our hand at the moment, what range do we assign the villain? Then how well does our preceived 3b range play against it? What are our plans on future streets if villain smooth calls our 3b since we'll be OOP the rest of the way?

I like the 3b because that gives us control and we can fire at most flops and it down frequently enough to make it profitable… And if he raises us on our lead off bet, we can prob find a thin fold (depending on board texture) and leave us with just over 20BB or get it all in. I'm just torn as to our actions preflop if villain 4b us… fold or 5b jam. I think 1010 is on the cusp

i think shoving is def the worst of our options here, just ripping in this many chips over an open min raise is only going to get us called by dominated hands or hands we are flipping with at best, nobody is ever stacking lower pairs to this jam

if TT is a hand you want to be getting all in here i think a 3 bet to around 3125 with plans to 5 bet pile or call off to a spazz is the way to go

Calling pre is also i decent option imo, we are in the BB and he only min raised, i think we can just hood here sometimes so our flatting range from the BB stays  decently balanced and we dont get stuck only flatting suited cards and connectors
