Hey guys,
I am a micro stakes player but definitely like to play bigger buy-ins when possible. For MTT's such as FTOPS and SCOOP what is the best satellite strategy for a micro stakes player? Say I wanted to play a $50 buy-in and grind $25 worth of satellites without success, should I still direct buy-in? If I did the buy-in just went from $50 to $75 and there is no value in that. What is the best satellite strategy and what type of tourneys is it worth trying to win a seat in? Thanks.
it all depends on how comfortable you are busting your roll.
Ya there really isn't an exact strategy to this it all mainly depends on how comfortable you feel and I'd try and have a plan going in on what you are planning to do if you brick off the sattys to a certain event if you are still going to play it or not.
