Mathematically, you are cashing 1/4 of the time and on average, that cash is for less than 4x your buyin. Hence, the negative ROI.
I know this isn’t the answer you were looking for but your question is inadequate. Its basically asking, “how longs a piece of string if i have 4 random boxes with only one containing a piece of string?”
There are so many variables as to why you would have a negative ROI – runbad, bad play, spewy mental game tendencies etc. etc.
How big is your sample?
24% ITM seems high as i think the average cash is approx 17% and mostly between 15-20%.
