River trips after getting raised on turn, can we fold turn or river?

johaniwilly checks, Hero bets t211, mboulette calls t211, johaniwilly folds

Turn: (t772) T of hearts (2 players)
Hero bets t399, mboulette raises to t798, Hero calls t399

River: (t2368) T of diamonds (2 players)
Hero checks, mboulette bets t550, Hero?

Looking back it's probably a mistake to Cbet here b/c vs this guy it's not going to work often enough to profitable b/c hes like not folding A high and probably K high or any smaller pair 22 33 66 etc

When we turn the T i think its a good card to 2 barrell again for the same reasons above (he wont fold KQ,KJ,QJ,J8,87 and maybe even those smaller pairs)

Once he raises what do you guys think he has?

Has he already a set with 44 or 55.. he doesnt have 99 here as he got 100bb's in pre with that hand eariler

How does he pick up equity on the turn? I have a T making it less likely he has one and i have the J club making it unlikey he has

Q club J club or K club J club and id expect him to play A club x club faster on the flop?

I still felt like i had the best hand so i call and face another bet on the river not feeling too good about it either?

Hey mate, i think as played the river is a snap call. When he bets under 1/4 pot on the river you can't ever fold trips there. Despite the baluga thereom saying a 2x turn reraise is always the nuts, i think thats not so accurate anymore. Random donks do make these pathetic reraises with air a decent % of the time. Not sure if he has 44 or 55 as we know how fish shit their' pants when they have a set and there is a flush draw possible. I think t9 would make sense on the turn bet that's not consistent with his river bet.
