Vilian is playing 54/4. Its just so hard for him to be bluffing here he's repping such a strong range betting 2 streets into 4 people and
given the passive nature of this player i just don't see him ever bluffing here. I think his range is sets and 2 pairs.

Also, our perceived range looks like what it is when we call the turn K9,K,10,KJ,KQ,4,5 so he really can't expect us to fold out these.

A guy who is passive and plays more than 50 per cent of his hands is probably not thinking a lot about what your specific range is when you call his turn bet.  His thinking is probably more like ” I have a King, I'm gonna bet” .  He could have any King here in my opinion. He also could have those hands that beat you that you mention, so I'm not sure its worth a call or not, but I don't think you are definitely beat.  I think I call here.

You say he's 54/4, but how is his AF?  I mean, even if it's like 0.5 I think I'm calling here.  If it's 0.2, yeah, you can fold.
