Assuming you are putting your opponent on top pair, your total outs are correct. In the deck there are 3 aces, 4 fours and 9 clubs left, though you don't want to count the four of clubs twice so 16 is the right number.

I would also encourage you to think about what sort of hands your opponent might have when open shoving like this. In addition to something like top pair he could have things like sets, overpairs, pair with a flush draw etc. Your hand is in reasonable shape against most of these so this call seems good, but it's worth checking out how your hand would do against the whole range of what you think he has here.
