If he raises the Turn are you getting it in? If not just check behind for pot control and to keep his bluff and semi-bluff range in their instead of 2 barreling.

i like checking the turn too, because villains bluff this river so often its not funny.

it also pot controls for you because just about every other Ax type hand has you beat now, so you really only have a bluff catcher.

I would have went with a 3/4 to pot bet on the flop, you have top pair and a decent kicker but also the backdoor straight and nut flush draws.  Depending on the read I would have either shoved the turn or checked.  I would have shoved if he was loose and checked if he was tight.

Full Tilt allows chat when a player is allin? Seems weird.

Why not 3 bet pre-flop and put pressure on him/her?

I agree with praetor and think your flop cbet should have been bigger to try and end the hand right there.

i love rush tourneys final tabled (1st and 2nd) 2 of those the last month…

AQ i wouldnt 3bet it on a rush for many reasons….

bet flop – cheack turn – call(depending the size)/cheack river would have been my line here…

when the original raiser in rush cheacks IS BAD! (espacially when the raiser cheacks in this flop is trouble 90% of the times)probably JJ here… ppl raise and cbet a lot cuz u dont know how tight he is and they like to represent AA or monters a lot.. especially this flop is very good for him to cbet! good fold… this was JJ or 88…

I like the flat pre…..I'd probably bet a little more on the flop and then check back turn.  You probably aren't going to be able to get 3 streets out of worse hands that often here.  On the river his jam seems rather odd.  I def think he has a set here a large % of the time and you are crushed.

I think you played it fine. I think checking or betting turn is fine (assuming you're going with it) but which one would depend on ur read. On the river im sigh folding
