hey,
No reads, very early in the tourney. when v double barrels , their range seems pretty capped to hands like AJ/AQ/AK (maybe even with a diamond) i think if we raise we probably will get action from those hands anyway. obv KK/QQ/JJ/TT will fold , but i doublt those hands will be played like this.
my target value would be those hands above.

Lol yeah, I did call turn , river – 4 pot is $1498 , v bets 650…leaving hiself $1600 behind. so he's pretty much invested half his stack , i decided to jam river , and he folds.
That river was a bad card for us , maybe if we had raised turn , he would of got stacks in with a hand like AK/AQ/AJ , as these players are pretty bad at these levels…and wont let go of a hand like TPTK , they could also have a so they may call.

I hate to say it , but i disagree with folding pre , we are 150bb deep andrew , these hands are okay to play at the early stages , the so called “bust em hands” espically against players that tend to stack off with an overpair. Also we may be able to outplay our opponent post flop , playing these hands in postion ain't bad!
when we make that call pre flop its only for a small % of our stack like 3% btw.
v's range is not capped , true.

I think you're underestimating the difficulting of busting 'em with this hand. It's not easy to outflop an overpair, and even when you do you aren't guaranteed to get stacks in, and even when you do you generally won't be a large favorite (two tiny pair vs an overpair, for instance). Sometimes the best way to outplay your opponent is to fold.
