This is a nightly $100fo on a Euro site, 10k startstack with a slow clock..

Villain fairly tardish eventually running at 40/5 as we made the FT together. Seemed to bet big when he had it and the bet looks like he just jammed the POT button.

What you think the optimal line is? I think he calls with any 2 pair hand maybe even Ax.

its runner runner flush which is very unlikely, as sicko said, its only really KhQh that is beating you. i would get it in here too, but i think you are chopping a bunch of the time

Yeah…appreciate what your saying. (BTW Loving the site and looking forward to getting stuck into the forum more)

In no particular order…

In-game read, plus reviewing the hh in HEM replayer gave me………”the drooler”+ “bet big when had it” read.

Sicko – you say the way the hand played out it screams KQ AT LEAST – Its not really the least I'm worried about – it's the backdoor flushes?

I'll fire out my thoughts – I deffo think that 74hh+ and K2hh+ are in this guys range.

What are your thoughts on preserving your stack in such a slow structured comp – plus drawing to a chop at best? (Too drunk now but maybe we can get something stoved at some stage)

Only really the 45bb stack to my direct left was ever going to give me some tricky situations (repliers won't know this at the time) when deep.

Is there ever a player type where you would consider a check/call? (I wouldn't really as anyone passive enough to limp CO will not have the foresight to bluff/raise me off a chop, the same player type will pay off with any 2 pair hands)

Any other considerations? Any thoughts on facing aggression on the turn or river by passive opponents would be appreciated?

I guess I just felt happy enough to play of the 70bbs+ I had left rather than call off 33bs more hoping for a chop.

check-call is actually pretty good here i think, because i doubt many 2 pair hands call, and you pot control against hands that backdoored you.

probably a pretty decent rule in general, if bet-folding sucks then check-calling is probably better

I'd check call here as well.  I think he folds more of what you beat to a river bet than calls for value.  Then we give him a chance to bluff with a worse hand + we protect ourselves from a gross raise like this.  The rest of the line looks great to me.
