Villain was fairly active with HUD Stats over 103 Hands of 25/20 and Afq=48

We had played a hand a few orbits back where I doubled up through him when I Had AcJs IP HU against him.  Flop was AsQs6s he checked, I Bet 1/2 pot and he called. Turn was Jd he bet 1/2 pot and I shoved and he called me with A6o.

How should I play the Turn?  after his raise is it a fold, call or shove?

Also, what range would you put him in after calling a 3 bet with his stats?
