Here, im really not sure about all the streets and especially preflop ( QQ is it good enough to get it in 38bb deep vs early raise ?)

30$ REBUY, 32 players left, 18 paid. I only have 15 hand on vilain and he raises 2 times. His standard raises is 2.2XBB so the chances is better that he’s a decent/good player.

so we reraise pre and get  it in again a 4bet shove ?

In my opinion, he only 4bet with AA, KK,QQ, AK,and maybe JJ(cause we 3 bet a early position raises and he seems competent) and he fold all the others hands.

That’s the reason why I flat, i wanna keep all the medium pocket pairs, brodways etc and play the pot in position.

Below 30BB or if we were in steal situation ( co vs blinds), I 3 bet to get it in all days long  but over 35BB should we play it to get it in preflop ?

QQ is too strong to flat imo unless you have a supersick read on this guy saying he only 4bets with AA or KK.  Why would you play it so passive on the flop? Your letting him set the price if he is drawing.  I just dont like playing a hand as strong as QQ as passive as you did.

you probably right… i played it like i play with 100bb in the early stages of a tournament.

I have some problem to play with 35-50bb deep again another big stack

JDog :  -what would be your range for 4 bets if you were in Zlucky93 shoes ?

Really depends on his read on you. If I was him and thought you were FOS. I repop 88+, KQs+, maybe AJo. If I thought you were tight probably QQ+,  AKo+. I think by taking a more aggressive approach preflop or even the flop allows us to make better decisions. As played he is controlling the action and we never know where we are in the hand.  I just dont think its + EV to play QQ like that. The only way I would ever consider playing it somewhat like that is if  he was super aggro and I knew he would get himself in by the river light.  But you have to make the decision early in the hand that your probably not going to fold unless the board is super ugly by the river.

ty for the answer and you have some good points about the post flop. For preflop, you have the same range that a put him on. If we 3 bet and we get it in again this range we are crush. So to be a 3bet ev+, He has to open/fold a majority of his opening range right ?

What do you think about still Flat preflop, and get it in on the flop ?

I think again we need some read on him, is he folding everything but AA/KK to our raise? Probably not…you will see a lot make a huge mistake and simply flat you OOP. I need a strong reason not to raise here, not a reason to raise.

If we flat we hide the real strength of our hand, so yes I would jam the flop hard and there is a huge portion of his range that will still call and be way behind.  IMO we get the money in good  its all we can ask for.  The only downside to flatting preflop is we invite other players in and we lose equity. If we flat I would certainly like someone to raise from behind and then we get to see what utg+1 does before we have to act. Our decision at that point is simple, shove or fold.

Reraise/get it in preflop. Chances are he is opening wide enough if he’s using this raise size and has raised 2 times before in 15 hands. You should also be 3betting him light here as he won’t be able to continue without a pretty strong range of hands.

As played, I would raise/get it in on the flop.
