This is from one of the 45 turbo sng on stars I have been playing recently , is this a standard 4bet jam ? , I was wondering after whether it would be better here to call , then jam the flop regardless.

villain was 33/14 over approx 45 hands.

If im honest , my whole though process at the time lasted about 3 seconds…it went “cant fold…cant call…have to jam” – mainly because of the type of tourney and the villains stats..sorry if its an obvious one to you , but Its good for me to clear up these little niggles in my head.

I recommend looking at his 3bet stat.

The min 3bet size looks like kk or aa. If he has never 3bet before its a easy /call for set value.
these type of 3bets are rarely other than absolut monsters and seldom misclics. At least in the 180turbos I play.

Depends on opponent read. If he is a active 3bettor its a jam.

We're never raise/folding QQ in a $3.50 turbo with these stack sizes, though. It's just a cooler if he has it.

The only thing that makes me sick is the fact that he's min-raising instead of just open jamming 10 big blinds.

However, we really have no idea about this opponent, and QQ is way too strong of a hand to ever fold with our stack and it being a turbo structure.

ive seen way too many people 3bet for 1/3 to 3/4 of their stack and leave some behind with hands like A7 and KJo to fold here

totally agree with y Wein.

But how often happens this 3betsizing with ak or jj-22 ?

The standard thight raising opponent has 70%+ aa or kk.

Tough this is my cold opinion. In action I rehsih in 0.5secssmile
