I like the way you play the hand, you raise and bet your flush draw for value, then your top pair + flush draw for value again, then check call to bluff catch on the river.
I’m not raising the river as I don’t think his Tx are going to pay and if we raise plus we are going to have to shove which he’ll only call with better. I’d just call that river, the rest of the hand feels ok as played.

It’s a bit close, but I’d rather call pre-flop, especially against a presumably loose opponent. With the three-bet you’re mostly just bloating the pot OOP with a hand that won’t play that great with a low SPR.
Flop bet is good as played. Once you improve your hand on the turn, you need to do some planning, not just snap bet again because you like your hand. Check out my “Getting Paid” series where I talk about value planning. You need to decide how many streets your hand is worth BEFORE you bet the turn. You shouldn’t get to the river and say “oh crap, he called, now what?” I would check the turn. If Villain bets, you have a good bluff-catcher. If he checks, you can value bet almost any river.
As played, I guess I’d call just because the bet is so small, but I don’t think you beat much that V would bet. Biggest mistake is the turn bet IMO.
