CO was 27/14 over 22 hands. I felt my QJo and my stack size vs his was a good spot to 3bet shove, but unfortunately didn't see the SB flat the CO's open. Is this still a good spot to shove or should I be worried about the SB's flat? SB was 9/5 over 22 hands.

I believe it's profitable vs. the right villans for sure.  You need villans to fold 71% of the time to make it profitable.

Its a ideal spot tu reshove here. SB flats is weak imo, if he is thinking, he cant call here. His range is polarized on KK+ or random trash. I shove here wide range. Seems like good spot.

9/5 … yikes. Well… expect this shove to be called by the SB a lot and expect to be behind half the time. I doubt he's flatting baby pairs here and with 9/5 stats I also doubt he's flatting the speculative trash that fish flat OOP.

He could be flatting midpairs to jam a low flop or he could be flatting a mix of monsters and stuff like AJs/AQ/etc.

22 hands is a small sample size but someone with a < 20 bb stack should not be running 9/5 during antes stages.
