With QJo I didn't want to just call and I think with a 3b I give him a difficult choice with his stacksize.

So he calls oop and I flop decent. I bet out and thought......flop decent? Hmmm any further action has me beat. AQ, AJ, QQ, JJ are likely to be in his range with hands like 88-TT. AK would've reraised preflop.
