Hi guys, was my reshove correct here? I'm sure it was +cEV, but is it +$EV?
This is a Stars turbo 180 man $3 re-buy. I had 61 hands on the villain, he was running at 24/12. He seemed a competant opponent and I hadn't noticed him make any mistakes. Of his 6 steal attempts 4 had got through, twice he had been 3-bet, folding one time and getting it all-in with AK pre-flop the other. I've no doubt that my re-shove is profitable in terms of chips, but I've found myself wondering if this was a wise move considering the pay jumps and the shortie at the table. We're playing for 1st $498, 2nd $332, 3rd $198, 4th $132.

I think it is an excellent spot imo. If villian has been stealing alot this is great hand to 3bet/shove him with your stacks even at a full ring.  I am always concerned with getting a higher payout after the shorty busts, but that has to be on his mind as well, he will essentially be out of the tourney if he calls and loses, this way you are making him make the tough decision for his chips and payout differences, and you are way ahead of his range 4 handed.  Id push in this spot 100% of the time.
