seems to be too good to fold and to bad to r/c rejamming might be an option

but i d say:

flat>reshove>r/c>f>r/f

Oh these are the difficult spots for me.

I would probably flat and fold to a shove. I would call a reasonable size 3 bet.

Second choice would be 3 bet fold to the big stacks and call off the smaller stacks.

If I had a 15bb stack I wouldn’t know what to do.

@smallcat, Same here i find these spots difficult as well. I think 3-bet/fold would be bad as we are very likely going to have good enough odds to call a 4-bet shove. I’d much rather 3-bet a hand here like K7o which i’d be happy folding with when faced a 4-bet shove.

if we had 15bb and decided to shove over the top i doubt it would be profitable even if we knew v is opening up a pretty wide range because our position is really bad and there’s so many players left to act . If we had 10bb i reckon there’s more of a case for shoving here.

i did flat in this spot and sb short stacked shoved. I’ve got the rest of the H/H for this somewhere, i may post it if anyone is interested?

Maybe a little nitty but I’d probably fold. I mean, AJs in EP with no fold equity and AJs with > 10BBs committed from EP are already not super appealing prospects, and then add in a 25% chance or whatever that UTG has you dominated and I just don’t see where the value is here.

I am inclined to agree with Andrew. UTGs range looks strong and we could be in a bit of trouble when an Ace flops.

If I had a read that Utg was a tight player especially from early position, then I would fold. If he was loose I would flat or 3 bet.

UTG just opened, and you have the entire table behind you.  His range has you in bad shape, plus you have 6 players left to act.  AJs may look pretty, but in this scenario it is just a trouble hand.  This is fold.

For a little perspective, at a tough table I fold KQs and AJs UTG; I will also fold KQo and AJo when it folds to me UTG+1 at a tough table.
