Was really unsure what to do on the flop , if I should call and re-evalaute turn or 3-bet shove flop?
as for theturn , what is the top/bottom of their range when they check? seems like Kx for the top of their range bottom would be flush draws? Doubt they'll be checking
their monster hands here like 88/22? what's your turn line? v has 4.3k behind when we get to the turn.
cheers.

I don't think its a sizing tell , I bet small OTT because I thought v range is weak when they checked turn. The thing when I called the raise otf our hand seems rather marginal like Kx and flush draws. So i was assuming if v had strong hands in their range they would probably bet turn to get value from those. I mean yeah there's a chance that v may c/shv their value and bluffs ott as well and if he has played it this way more power to him. There's not really much i can do when faced with a shove here. The question is what would u do if u had a hand like KQ/KJ in this spot? do we b/f b/c turn? or check back? im gunna guess it's gotta be either b/c or b/f.
again as for sizing if i had a hand like lets say 88/KK ott , i'd bet bigger for sure , i just think a lot of their range could conist of flush draws. So i reckon with this hand here we probably should bet bit bigger ott as well. My sizing was not great here i dont reckon. ty for pointing the sizing out btw. 🙂

so you don’t think shoving turn would be profitable with our flush draw. Hero’s bluff target would be Kx , though given that we just called the raise otf i actually do think we dont have much fold equity as its unlikely we will just call their raise otf with the strongest part of our range i.e sets/two pair.

as the pot size is like just over 2.2k on the turn and v has like 4.3k behind , would it be OK if we did shove turn with KQ/KJ? it would be rather terrible if we b/f turn imo , so i reckon we should either shove or b/c. Don't think checking back would be a good idea given that the board is drawy, v could have flush draws in their range , so if we shove we could get called by those and worse Kx.

May I suggest a pre-flop line check here as well? 😉
Exploitively, I don’t see V c/f too often after c/r the flop, but even if you think he might, this still isn’t a good hand to bet w/ these stack sizes because of how much equity you have going into the river. If he c/f your equity doesn’t matter and if he c/r and you fold your equity doesn’t matter. You should build your b/f range out of hands that will have an easy fold when raised. It’s possible that you don’t have hands like that in your range, in which case you should have only a shoving range and a checking range here.

haha foucault , well i could debate with you there but lets not get into that lol 😉
You said that if V c/f or c/r and hero folds your equity does not matter, may i ask why that is? I really am struggling to understand why.
if i were going to take a guess as to why it's because if V c/f we win the pot? and if they c/r we fold out our equity so it does not matter, as we have no equity in the pot once we fold?
