I mean were not beating too much but is this always 2,5?
ok tomorrow my subscription runs out for 2 to 3 months so i won’t be here to check the reply.
1. you dont’ have a lot of chips invested, the blind are only 50, the preflop investment, and you got lots of chips left.
2. you bet the flo with your top two pair ,, and got called
what does that mean ? a, you are up against a set, b, you are up against a straight draw, c, you up are agianst a weaker two pair. 2 callers one of them will have a least a flush draw and a pair, or straight draw and flush draw. the other one could very well have set.
3. the turn brings a low straight board so 5 2 is the nuts, now if someone called iwth 52 34 hoping to their their straight they made it.
you are still up against flush draw , high straight draw, and possible set.
4.so you can easily fold, for top two in omaha is a hand that wont win you lots of money for there is someone playing bottom set , and the redraws by the river mean a flush or straight might get there.
if you were at the ten blind rule you should be raising that up preflop, and on the flop bet the pot and try to get it in..
in jeff hwang advanced omaha book, he talks about spr (low stack to pot ratio which means getting short stacked )
so with a short stack in the tourneys, with low spr you should be getting it in with top two, flush, straight draws (peferabely wrap over open ended) bottom set.
now with your stacks being so high to the blinds you can fold and be content that you got away cheap, and let the zuess and royalwithchz go at it, and take notes of how it is played.
