Not sure if anyone else is in this boat. With a full time job and family etc, I have a pretty set schedule to play each week (2 nights weekdays and sat arvo to whenever.)
I’m not sure if it’s a good idea to play tired as even though I’m making more bad plays than usual, I’m still improving.
Does anyone have any thoughts or in the same situation?
I play tired a lot also because of having a full-time job. I find that if I mentally prepare myself for my session, that even though I'm tired I have mental reminders to stay focused and think about each decision. I am also a nut and think about poker strategy while I am at work. So for me, keeping my mind on poker keeps me sharp but I find a balance with life too.

I also have a full-time job and probably put in too much when tired. definitly see better results when i play fresh. If you dont need to play tired (and I dont think anybody does) then dont or cut back the number of tables you play at a time and focus on quality rather than quantity.
