I think a lot of people are familiair withy this kind of spots. To me the raise is pretty small. like he doenst have the K or he has weak king or like 1010 or 99 etc. How do we read this my first instinct was he doenst have the K otherwise hed make it bigger to protect vs draw.

what we do? and how we read this.

UTG, 26BB, I think you might just want to fold pre-here.  Out of admittedly only 14 hands, villain has been playing quite a bit.  He could have a K, 9, flush draw, two overs and a gutter, set, or two overs.  Not sure I want to play this pot out of position regardless of what I believe the click-back means.  You can't really continue without committing yourself, and you do raise and get called you are always behind or flipping.  Giving up seems correct.
