hey hey!

I must say I Hated the way i played this hand. Does anyone think we should be betting the flop here to get value from maybe lower pairs?
i'd say our hand is at least 1-2 street hand , perhaps check flop bet turn and river?

going back to the hand itself , i reckon i should of at least raised turn and bet river given how small v bet ott , their hand really
does seem marginal.

cheers.

I agree with you. I think I would have bet the turn or check-raised the turn. But even then, I don't see you getting paid as when you checked the turn, villain has min-bet you, so I don't put him on a hand here at all. He probably has A-high as he chose to only call the min-bet on the river just to see what you got. I think you got a little more value here (2 big blinds) than if you raised the turn and villain mucks.

Raise bigger pre. Flop check is fine, you'll get value from a PP if V has one but he probably has nothing, and you have nothing to fear from free cards. Based on flop check, he probably has nothing, and the 2 certainly didn't help him, so I think c/c again is fine. I think you should be trying to induce on the river, whether you think checking or min-betting is the best way to do that is up to you. You block A-high pretty hard though so I would think most hands good enough to call river would be good enough to bet.
