As a new player I seam to have a real difficulty playing non winning hands.

I attempt to play a decent range pre-flop but if I don’t connect on the board I usually fold to pressure. I guess you could say I always feel like the other player(s) have connected with the flop.

Perhaps it doesn’t help that I play micro stakes. Lots of post flop action, bets, raises etc…

Any suggestion, videos / articles I could check out.

Thanks,

P-aire 146

It's going to take some time.  You have to watch various vids.  All of them, lol.  All the pros are different and you can take something from each.  You are not going to be hyper aggro over night.  Take it step by step.  You have to make sure you get the basics before the advanced stuff seems right.  I speak from experience……  It's going to be strange to 3bet or 4 bet lite, but you have to pick spots vs certain players.  Understanding the situations is key, position and flow.

Take one or two things from everyone.  Then turn it into what suits YOU.  Don't try to be BigDog, Andrew, Sowers, DannyN13 or KB.  Be yourself with things from them that make YOU a better player.  The light will go off one day when everything feels right, but it takes time and LOTS of beats and losses.  Keep grinding and dont get discouraged.  Have fun and remember bad beats and horrific suckouts are going to happen.  Just get it in good and let fate take it's course.
