I recently won a 3.30 rebuy to FTOPS #1. I am currently a low stakes winning player at the avg. $3 buyin level. Should I play it or use the TDs to play at lower stake buyins above the $3 level. My current bankroll is 1K: What would you advise?

if your bankroll is 1k then you can still have plenty for $3 tourneys. take the shot i say!
It's tough…..maybe break it up and if you can play on Sundays play in the DD every week for nine weeks or something of that sort. At the same time you can play and have a shot at life changing money…or maybe use $100 or $50 and try and win another seat and play it if you win another one?

Depends on if this is your true bankroll. If you can't redeposit I would not play. I'd use the money to increase my ABI and grind up. If you can reload if you move down then play it.

I agree with RFB in general but also like Cougars idea. Maybe break it up in to more than one shot. That way you get a little more bang for your buck. Or perhaps play the $129KO FTOPS event and add the balance to your bankroll as a nice compromise (plus the KOs can help negate some of the variance – assuming you get some 
)
