looks like a standard shove spot from info given. You seem to be sitting amongst the top 10 here though. Would need to know when blinds are going up, if table has been passive/players behind calling correctly or not, what position you are in atm etc. to make an accurate decision though.
Was down to 17th then a couple of blind steals got me to 13th. table fairly passive except to my left, two aggressive players so few spots to make plays other then shoving. Btn was shoving on a lot of 3 bets to steal without show down other then 2 previous hands I had with him where he shoved after a raise and my reraise. We both had AK. The next hand I had AK suited, min raise he shoved with 5’s and river ace gave him a flush to knock me down from 5th to 17th. BB would call all min raises or 3 bet most min raises, very aggressive.
Most Players between 10 and 35 BB, I think 10 min levels. Didn’t want to raise fold with 13 BB, so in my mind it was fold or shove spot.
Is this an ICM situation where a limp or min raise becomes a reasonable play with 13BB? I know Bigdog always says Thats Horrible when someone limp or raise folds with under 20bb. But with a jump in payout from $100 to $16,000 in 8 spots, does that change how this hand should be played or any mid to small pair?

tbh i dont think there is any situation where min raising and folding a 13bb stack is the correct play – if you dont want to shove then i think folding is the next best option, and i would prolly fold from MP here but i think you made the right play by shoving.
I'd be interested to see what Danny has to say here. I remember from his videos of DONs that he would sometimes be willing to raise/fold from a stack shorter than 13bbs and this is effectively the same strategy as a DON I think. But without knowing what he would say I would see this as a close spot. The trouble with the open shove is that you are hoping to steal the blinds, but if called you are in pretty bad shape a lot of the time and racing the rest. I'm not convinced that stealing the blinds is worth the risk of being called when losing will knock you out and even if you do get in a race and win you are safer, but not in a massively stronger position than you are already. I'll be really interested to hear other responses here as it's a spot that I encounter pretty regularly (but for smaller stakes).
Edit – oops, I see that Danny has already commented, and he (provisionally) advocates the shove. I'd say that he is the expert in this area so I would go with what he says, allin!
