I've been review my own HH alot more lately in HEM2 and have two hands from this weekend that I think might be a leak of mine. I remember being slightly confused in game the best way to play a flopped two pair. I always like to have a clear plan but in these hands I kind of winged it and wasn't 100 % sure what I was doing. I'm curious the optimal line you guys would take in the following two hands while not exact are kind of similar. Looking for more theory on how to best maximize my hand as I don't think I got the most out of either.

There aren't any solid reads of either villain in each hand fwiw.
Thanks for any thoughts.

The main thing I see initially is that you are not getting money in to the pot with a c bet. I think you have to balance your how you c bet, but in most cases you will be c betting an ace high flop whether you hit or not. In both cases I think you want to get money in the pot with the 2 pair. If the villain folds so be it, but by not betting you a) are not buiding the pot and b) you are allowing free cards. If you elect to check, then I would go for the c/r.
The c bets really don't have to be that big either. I think in the first hand with being so deep, I think a c bet of 50-60% is adequate, and the 2nd hand 3 way, I am c betting about 1/3 pot. I think by betting this you are giving the villains tool equity to raise over you with. In both cases to me, it seems that both boards are rather dry so I can see maybe the logic of slowplaying on the flop, but in most cases you are losing control of the pot while not getting value from the villains.
Best of luck at the tables.
