From time to time while playing online MTTs I see that people write into chat when they make a big bet or put a 4-bet (it is not necessaricaly is a big bet (it can be a small bet as well), but rather a bet that is basically putting you into a tought spot). They usually talk when you ask time bank and their talk is usually confusing: I hear phrases like “call”, “fold”, “bluff” or “all-in” or something other. Do you think it usually means strentgh or weakness? And do you think it will differ if it does fish or regular?

In my experience it is usually strength. I think it's in spots where they can tell they are ahead but your tanking like your about to fold so they chat to get under your skin so you get extra suspicious or tilted.
I think it's unlikely someone would run a big bluff then write “call” or “fold” into chat while your considering what to do. That's just my opninon though based on what i've seen online.

If you don't have a good guess about what to make of it, just ignore it. If you're curious about this subject, I suggest Zach Ellwood's new book called Verbal Poker Tells or something like that. It's about talking in live play, but it should help you understand general principles that may apply online as well.
