Hey guys,
I just posted something similar on the video thread for Part 4 of Brendon's Premiere series. I thought I would be worth posting it here to get some discussion going as I think its a really important concept & something that often gets overlooked from what I see at Low Stakes.
I Would love to know opening ranges when it comes to small & mid pairs for 20-30bb, 30-40bb & 40bb+ for the following positions:
UTG
UTG+1
UTG+2
MP1
HJ
Also how would the stack sizes behind effect your decision to open? Are you looking for stacks behind to all have a certain number of BB’s so that you will be getting implied set odds if they flat your bet or they decided to click it back or something so that we are now effectively deep enough to get set mining odds vs his usually strong click back range.
Would the decision to open be different for Turbo's & Also pre antes & also how would persons behind stats effect your decision if you are using tracking software.

This would be a whole video, or at the very least an article.
I guess the basics would be …
You can open all pairs 40+ bb's and you should be folding lots of small pairs on a 20-30 bb stack in EP.
re: stack sizes behind you're generally counting the number of re-shove stacks you have to go through when deciding how light to open in various spots and then there's any individual dynamics that've developed.
