I just dont understand that Convert Hands-thing. 
So I paste the handhistory: Its in swedish. But i think its easy to understand:

I miniraise Aces utg. I had been raising alot.

The villian is calling i late posistion. So i think he has a range that has alot of PP and suited connectors. Aswell as Suited aces. He hasnt been playing at our table more then some hands. But i guess he could flat with QJs-type hands aswell.

The flop comes down 458hsd (rainbow) and i cbet as i allways do. He raises. And i think he can raise there with allot of hands. 34,45,56,78, 44, 55, 88. Some players also like to raise there with hands as 66,77. A5, A6, A7, A8. Why they raise with hands like that is often to see where they are in the hand. Not just for value.

Anyway i call the raise on the flop. And the turn is really bad card, the 6h. So now im only beat hands like pure bluffs and A4,A5 and A8.

Should i just checkfold here?

I call anyway. The River is Ah. I check and he bets. 9400. What should i do there?

You could've played this hand better by 4 betting him on the flop and try and get the chips in. There was no need to slow play it, the villian looks interested post flop so lets try and get the chips in now. If he has a set so be it, otherwise you are crushing most of his range and if his drawing you are still a favorite.

As played, very tough spot. He is representing the straight or 2 pair. He either has it or he has air. Dunno, I think if I played the hand this way I would probably call the turn bet but fold the river, hard for me to really know what I would've done, because I wouldn't play this hand this way on that sort of board with a villian raising me post flop.

Will be interested in what you did, and if you called what he had.
