Hey, i would like to know how much tables you play at the same time and how much you recommened.

I also would like to know how you prepare for a session referring the tournaments you play. Are you going to play an exactly defined schedule or do you adapt your schedule to how many tables you are playing right now and if you are deep in them?

Thanks.

read my reply in the other thread abotu schedules.

in terms of tables, no one can tell you how many to play. it's all about your comfort and what you're looking to accomplish. what i mean is that as you add tables, your ability to focus in each individual tournament will go down. this doesn't matter as much at smaller stakes where structures aren't as good and your decisions in general will be simpler, and many small-midstakes regs are mass multi-tablers.

i rarely play more than 15, usually between 4-10. HTP will play near 30. he's also a savant and better than me. just be honest with yourself and play as many as you think you can play your best in. and if you want it to be more, just add tables slowly. like if you can comfortably play 4 but want to 20 table, start by 5 tabling, then 6, 7, etc. just work your way up.

hagbard has good advice here.  don't play more than you think you can handle. if you can't think optimally on all tables then decrease them.  over time you'll get more comfortable and can add in more

i have a set schedule, register from X time to X time

i like to have a little more of a flexable sked due to the fact that i have 2 children but i know what tourneys i will play depending on the time slot that i choose to play. as for multi tableing i can handle 9 no prob and find 12 to be a little daunting but 6 is my fav.
