Its actually a great post. I dont think there is a correct answer tho. I mean i can make a case for folding  raise folding or shoving.  I think fold is probrably best here tho.

Maybe Im reading it wrong but blinds are 200 400 so he has 23 bigs and not 43. Kind of a akward stack. Just a little to much to shove imo. And I dont really want to give away any equity.
