Been playing with this guy for 250 hands. He's running 22/16/7 and I'm running 25/16/3 ish. I've four-bet him once in CO v BTN and he hasn't played back v me since and that was like 90 minutes ago. The table is nitty/soft so I assume he wants to go after other spots for the most part.

We are pretty much on the bubble

I need a plan here on the flop…

He's been running from you for the last 90 mins and flat calls your PFR in fairly early position, then flats your >1/2 pot flop bet. I would say he either has a better A or a hand with a decent suited card that can withstand action, my hope would be to check it down from here, with a fold to anything on the turn, and also on the river unless turn goes check check and his river bet is small enough to warrant a call.

I agree with AI29, his flat looks very strong and likely has a better ace or a pocket pair with a spade when he continues on the flop. Check fold turn and river to any action without even thinking about it for a second.
