Chris Moorman raised to 22,000 under the gun only to have Simon Ravnsbaek three-bet to 52,000 from the hijack. JC Alvarado was next to act in the cutoff and four-bet to 115,000, putting action back on Moorman after the button and both blinds got out of the way.
The Brit thought for a bit before sliding out his entire stack of 528,000 with two hands. Ravnsbaek quickly folded, and Alvarado snap-called.
Blinds were 5k/10k
Chris started the hand with 41bbs
JC started with 61bbs
3 bettor had almost 60bbs
(all players in hand are super competent/aggro)
Would love thoughts on this.
1) what is Chris repping
2) what does the 3 better have to have to rejam with
J C still left to act?
3) what is the bottom of JCs calling range after 3 bettor folds
4) Should 3 bettor be folding JJ & AK in this spot?
5) do you like the spot by Chris?
Would really like input on meta game factors & how stack
Sizes and FE make this play profitable or spewy.
tpe nation says?

I don't know, feels like this is really tough to comment on w/o info on dynamics/history, etc. But I'll throw my thoughts out there:
1) Chris can certainly be jamming for value. Its not like he should be flatting big hands here, so his range could be pretty strong.
2) Don't think we can answer this in the general sense. Obv going w/AA and KK, but I think QQ can even find hero folds here occasionally. It seems like a somewhat strange spot on the table for a light n-bet dynamic to emerge (MPvHJvCO), but at this level I am sure it could happen.
3) Depending on history, I would guess somewhere between QQ and AKo/TT
4) Unless the dynamic is pretty ridiculous, yes.
5) I assume you mean do we like the spot for him to shove light. Tough to say, would want to know more about the players behind JC, Chris's tournament position, if there is a level increase coming up quick, etc. Lots of variables. But JC's sizing makes it look like he's not folding (to Chris, at least).
6) Again, I'd want to know more about those players behind JC and their stack sizes. If they're tight/healthy in chips, then not necessarily. But if they're active and/or short, then probably.

Thanks for response.
I think I agree that 3 bettor has to fold almost
Everything but KK, AA, & AKo & AKs with JC still to
Act.
That being said…I still think AK, though a tight fold
From the 3 bettor, is still a good fold for that many
Chips AND a player yet to act.
They both have plenty of room to fold after moorman
Jams as 2/3 of their stack will be at risk.
METAGAME:
1) moorman is known as one of the loosest players in
The game. So he gets 3 bet by all kinds of hands no
Matter where he opens from.
2) this is a sick/obv 4 bet spot with a lot of JCs range
Because moorman should be weak & he has postion
On an aggro 3 bettor who knows moorman should be weak
3) sick part of moormans play IMO is if JC 4 bet AQ-1010
Or air….he has to fold I think AND we discussed how
Tight 3 bettors range “should be” to continue.
RESULTS: moorman 5bet jammed 75o, 3bettor folded. JC
called with QQ. gg moorman…but sick spot to pick up
Chips….I think
