I think leading flop and turn here is a mistake. Once he flats flop, he is going to either be floating you or has a K or Q that he is assuming is the best hand. Once the turn brings a blank, I'd def check here and allow the possible floats to put in a bet. Conversely, you check/shoving on the turn could get random kings of queens to call because it looks like it could be a draw/bluff. If he has a King or queen and exercises pot control, you can now v-bet river anyway and get the two streets of value you would have got. I just think playing other streets differently allows you to win a bigger pot.

with that turn and river, i probably bet/fold.
there isn't much would call down that just went from behind you to in front of you. i.e if the river was a J then i think check-call is ok because KJ just got there.
villain hasn't given you any reason to believe that he is holding KQ or a set. if my rough maths are correct, villain has about 160k left and the pot is roughly 200.
i doubt villain will stack off here, but i think something like 65k could work.
