Hi, I'm running semi-deep in a mtt the other day and this hand been sorta bothering me. This is probably the 2nd time I ever misclicked in like 2years, but um what is the play here after the click? Is this a call or fold, thought I was pot committed during the hand but after going through replayer but I guess I would've had 63 blinds left if fold. Do I have to call here since I misclicked, are you guys calling if you misclicked this hand?

i think you have to call after the misclick.

its pretty obvious to the villain that its a misclick and i think he definitely shoves worse here.

lol how awesome is it for the villain when someone misclicks this much and he is sitting there with kings 😀

were you trying to raise to 2345?

I'm not auto-calling here, I'm still going to consider the opponets 3- bet range and make a decision based on that.

Yes it sucks you misclicked ~25% of your stack away but that doesn't mean you have to make the call.

if i've got my math right there's ~112k in the pot and it's ~64k to call so we need ~36% equity against his range.

against 99+, AQ+ we have ~39% and that might be too tight idk. certainly if he's jamming AJ/KQs type stuff it's even more of a call. but if he's as tight as TT+, AQs+, AK then it's a close fold.

I really don't think he's doing it with much worse when it becomes a 175 bb pot the times when our Hero calls. It's still a UTG+1 open even though it's a misclick so the range is going to be fairly tight.

Yes it's an obvious misclick… no it's not like high stakes cash where 67s shoves because he expects a fold. The majority of the time you will see the person who misclicked in a low stakes mtt still make the call because it has tilted them and/or they do not feel like folding is an option because they can't range people.

It's not like he's going to jam 66 and 77 here.
