This is  a RUSH tourney and my HUD did not work with it (anybody know why?)  I had other tourneys going and they all worked.  So NO INFO ON THE PLAYERS.  this was a 16000 Entrys tourney and at the time there were around 3000 left and it pays the top 945.

I made a loose call on the button since the tournament was playing extremely tight.  Feel free to comment on this call.

skgpro checks, socrates555 bets t2000, IsaacJames ????? What is my play

I fold pre in a rushament in this spot.

As played I'm flatting with these stack sizes. Raising will push out worse and we can blown off our draw if villain has something better. I'm guessing you did too which is why there is a part 2?

As the previous poster said, this is a fold pre unless you know the OR is quite loose.  Postflop, I think it's probably best to just call the c-bet.  The sizing of your flop raise is also too small as it leaves you in this very awkward spot.  Skgpro has you covered, so if I did the quick math right, you are getting about 2:1 on a call.  Plugging a typical range into Stove:

36,630  games     0.005 secs     7,326,000  games/sec

Board: Qc Tc 9d
Dead:

 equity  win  tie        pots won  pots tied
Hand 0:  35.070%   32.07%  03.00%           11746       1100.00   { QhJc }
Hand 1:  64.930%   61.93%  03.00%           22684       1100.00   { 99, KJs, Kc9c, QTs-Q9s, Jc9c, T9s, KJo, QTo-Q9o, T9o }

It looks like you're priced in.  If you think villain wouldn't make this play with bottom 2, then it becomes a fold.  If you think villain would make this play with weaker draws than I put in his range, then it becomes an easy call.  As you can see, raising here puts you in a very difficult spot with these stack sizes and potentially blows you off a hand where you still have a lot of equity.  But if you are going to raise because you think both players are just monkeys and would bet/get it in with weak hands, then you should raise more when you do raise.

I like a flat post flop here. I am not being results oriented because before I saw the comments I said to myself flat. At this point we dont know how strong he is, but a early position raise in a rush tourney is a sign of strength. So since you chose to flat pre here, we love the flop to potentially stack him. So flat and see a cheap turn and re-evaluate. If the turn blanks and he fires a strong two barrell, I am smiling while throwing my hand in the much and saying well played sir.
