Calling for sure. You are very very deep here and the risk is for less than half your stack. There is a great chance your ace is live also. Definitely think this is a +EV call.

You should probably call here.  You have a pair, an over, and the nut flush draw.  Villain overbet all-in, which makes me think he's just protecting with top pair.  I don't think he would be doing this with a set, but we don't know anything about the player, right?  Depending on the type of player, he could be doing this with a worse flush draw as well.
