Hi guys, first time I've posted a hand on here but I've been working on not tooling out so much lately, and I think this may be a spot where I would have done in the past. Wanted to get your thoughts on whether you think this is played ok to the turn, and what your thoughts are on the turn?
Apologies, Hand converter doesnt seem to be working right for me:

We have no specific reads or history with the villain. At the time of the hand we have 33 hands on him and he is a 9/9 with 100% fold to pre flop 3 bet.
If we call the turn pot is 7700 and he has 5000 behind, I think he is always jamming river 1st to act so if we either have to get it in now or be prepared to call the (imo) inevitable jam on the river.
Me feeling was that there wasn't much worse likely to be calling my shove (maybe AK with Ah?).
Does anyone think this should be a shove (or call turn call river shove), or is this a pretty easy fold to be making?
The reason I called it a tool out spot was because I feel these kind of hands are the ones that destroy my tourneys quite a bit.
Having spoken to a few friends on Twitter and FB about the hand, there’s a suggestion that a flat pre might have been a better option. I’d be interested if anyone has any thoughts on that.
Cheers

Think i like a flat pre. If hes running a 9/9 and opening early i would say he is weighted to big hands. If he 4 bets pre what do you do with JJ? Flat and then hope for a set or a flop under jj? Even then we are could be crushed.
How many times on paired boards do we see big dog check raise people on the flop and put them in this tricky spot? Could a case be made for a check back on the flop? And then if he checks turn give it the old delayed c bet or if leads turn we could just call and revauluate. Probably call most rivers if he doesnt bet huge on river.
As played i probably would fold the turn. Save the chips and if we have been out played so be it. There will be better spots to get our money in.
Good hand mate
