Hey, I played this hand in a 0.25$ MTT on Stars.
Early in the tournament, no reads on villain yet. Own image should be fairly loose, I’ve been in some pots before this hand.
Main question, did I overplay my small flush?

Maybe raise here to isolate?

Flush is small, but only 3 Spades on the board. Is this still overplayed?

Control the Pot or bet here?

I’m fine here with letting your opponent do the betting. Your hand doesn’t need a lot of protection and while you may be way behind here if he has a bigger flush that is really unlikely and you have some redraws. He may be betting with a combo hand like AT with the A of spades or even just AT.
Since he is building the pot for you that’s fine and I don’t think you need to isolate, in fact, given the strength of your hand and the possible bad outs for some people (someone making a straight) you are fine with people staying in the pot.
On the river I’d bet and I’d bet big. We are looking to get called by Tx, any set, any two pair or a straight. Maybe around 2/3 of the pot, something he’ll be tempted to call with Tx… Going AI is an option (not that different), specially on micro stakes where I think people is more willing to call you light.
BTW, I think you’re too worried here about controlling the pot when you should be worried about how to get the most value possible from our extremely strong hand.

Definitely not overplaying your hand to put more money in, you should be looking to play for stacks on a run out like this one. I think if you bet bigger on turn you can comfortably shove river, so raising flop is optional, but you should bet bigger on turn and checking river would be a huge mistake. Seems like you ran into a better hand but don’t assume that that means you played poorly, you should be happily playing for stacks here.
