I guess its just a fold. So many better spots in the Micromillions do you really want to risk a quarter of your stack on a flip at best against this player type. 8/8 is considered an uber nit for Full ring let alone 6 max.

Don't know why you're laughing, your shove looks pretty awful since you didn't show the stacks behind.

You will happily call my shove with AQ horrible but think that the call with 7,2 is fine? LOL It was for 30bbs about and it was a gameflow based shove i lost a big pot to that player been 3 betting him a lot so i wanted to give the appearence i was tilted so i shoved.

Back to the hand in question:-

Other factors, how active hand you been what where your stats? Villian has perfect reshove stack and if he is any kind of competant is not going to flat and try to play 16bbs OOP.

Its not inconcievable that he has just been totally card dead for 6 orbits etc. His range will be strong but could be wider than you think. If you been card dead for a long time and pick up 88, 99, TT, AJs, AQ ect in the BB with 16bbs, your gonna get it in. Not sure that I find a fold here for 16bbs + dead money in the pot. It's a marginal spot.

I would also ask how long villain has had roughly this stack.  Some players are very tight with 30+BB but suddenly start playing push/fold with a lot more aggression.

My stats were 15/10 over the same hand sample, with the only hand he wouldve seen from me is i flatted a min raise from the bb with 78s, c/c a half pot bet with an OESD, and c/r/c-ai with nut straight on turn against TPTK.

a previous hand close to this hand were he 3x/folded from the CO to a SB shove of 23bb total (his stack was 27bb) After that the blinds had gone up and run through him to bring him to this stack. Here is his only showdown hand:

MP2: t4550 56.88 BBs
CO: t10308 128.85 BBs
BTN: t1683 21.04 BBs
SB: t3028 37.85 BBs

Pre Flop: (t120) Hero is UTG+1 with 7 of diamonds 5 of hearts
4 folds, MP2 raises to t240, 3 folds, BB calls t160

Flop: (t520) 6 of hearts 7 of hearts 2 of hearts (2 players)
BB checks, MP2 checks

Turn: (t520) 6 of spades (2 players)
BB checks, MP2 checks

River: (t520) T of clubs (2 players)
BB bets t240, MP2 calls t240

Final Pot: t1000
BB shows 7 of clubs J of hearts (two pair, Sevens and Sixes)

Do these pieces of info effect your decision?

i think the hand is still a call albeit a bit of a sigh call. he will happily shove AQs+ AQ+ and probably 88,99 type hands.

your holdings alone are enough to call here but the factor that tipped me toward calling most was that you will have an okay stack if you lost (or were way behind). villain has 16bb and you had 48. a 32bb stack plays essentially the same as 48 here (again, if you were behind/lost)

im calling here with jj i think but it would be sigh and i woudnt be surprised to see him flip over kk or qq but even nitty players do shove 88 99 1010 vs utg raise when short sometimes plus aq/ak, its not for your tourny life, so i think il call but i wont love spot

Yea, I'm calling and cussing Jacks like a newb, spewing in the chat about I have a cashout curse, and complaining about how online poker is so rigged when he flips over Kings. (pick up the sarcasm)

You are still fine stack size wise if you lose but I think he is doing that with AJs+, 77-88+. My experiece with low buy-in tournaments is that he could have been card dead for a long time and just got a hand that “looks good” considering that after his fold, he now just entered push/fold with a 16bb stack. A hud can be so manipulating sometimes especially with a small sample size. When I am multi tabling, I look down sometimes and I am sitting on 15 bigs while running 7/6 over 100 hands, which is about 1/3 of my usual stats (saying I usally on average run VPIP 20-25, PFR 16-20). Another tip is that when I used to see incredibly nitty players that are auto-folding everything, in this type of spot I would click my time bank and to go to the lobby to search their name and see how many tables they were playing. May give some additional info that can help you make the call or fold.

As for me, I'm calling fo sho.
