Had the hand below occur with 2 tables left, we are ITM. I had been opening my BTN pretty wide versus these blinds. The BB has stats of 15/10 with a 0% 3 bet(0/48) over 131 hands. Was getting 1.43:1(41%) on the call. Thoughts?

I think it's a loose call all things being equal. But calling is fine with me if that is your style and that was your plan when you raised. But the button is tight and and you r most likly calling into the top of his range when he jams. AJ+ and all pairs 8's plus I would guess. So In most cases your hand is behind. In this spot at the final two tables this is a high variance play. I would just fold to the jam.
This is sort of standard to me in terms of. If I’m raising here w 21bbs here I have no intentions of folding. Like the last poster what was your intention? And If the plan was to raise call then do it. But as stated the guy is tight, u hve him covered, so y not just jam and take the play away n give him the tough decision. To me this is the play. ECSPECIALLY on the bubble. Gl
Given the stack sizes of the blinds, you're probably just better off open shoving this hand on the button. Before you open a hand in a spot like this, you want to know exactly how you're going to respond to each person behind you shoving. Having a plan set before you make the play will save you a lot of headaches as this comes up a ton in tournament poker.

Thx for replies, agree it should be a jam pre at 16 BB effective. Still getting used shoving hands like this at effectvie BB of > 10. As for my intention I made the classic mistake of opening without thinking about what I'd do if the blinds jamed. He jams and was like now what? Looked at the pot odds and said well I guess I call. In the end I looked like a genius when he tabled J9cc, but that doesn't mean I played it right.
