BTN is 19/15 over 160 hands. His 3bet from the button is 18% which seems high but this means he has only done it 2 out of 11 times which seems low. Im not sure hoe to read that stat. I dont think I can 4bet fold so I either have to go with it now or play it oop post flop.

I neever know if it is too early to risk such a larger part of my stack in spots like this when I am not desperate.

We should definitely be 4b getting it in 30bb deep with BTN's high 3b frequency from LP. Shove is the clear option. If you have history with a player who thinks you can 4b fold these stack sizes, you can click it back, but that is very meta game dependent. With BTN's high 3b frequency, this is a clear fist pump 4b shove.

Well, we can't fold this hand to a single action from this guy. Flatting is pretty horrible, IMO. We don't wanna play a hand like 1010 OOP when there will be over cards on the flop so often, making it hard to play. Don't know if I'd jam 30bb, but as said above, it's going to depend on game flow. If you think you are ahead, a jam might look bluffy and get him to call you off light.

Given his stack size the only reason to 4bet small is to induce a shove, but any competant player will realise that you are committed to calling. So, I would just put him to the test for his stack.
