an incredible drw here. i honestly did not know how i should proceed. because i was the preflop aggressor i did feel a raise of the donk lead and call was in order. looking back at raise sizing i realize it was too small. should of made it 775-850. do i bet turn say 2250 or chk here for the free card. nearly pot size bet on river can we call here safely????

I prefer to raise more on the flop (say – 1300-1600 chips) and shove VS raise (if will be). If get called – check behind this turn. Looks like fold on the river.

Def. raise more on the flop, I think more than the 775-850 you mentioned. If they are not folding to 665 they aren't folding to 800. I agree w/Acid…prob. about 3/4 pot.

On the river after no diamond comes it's pretty hard to call with the bottom end of the str8.

I agree with the two previous post, you want to raise more on the flop. You want to push out other straight draws and flush draws.  It is possible he could have a Q or QK depending on his SB range. It comes back to the raise on the flop, you might have pushed him off. He could have a busted flush draw.

Raise more on flop.  Don't mind taking free card on turn at all.  Really tough to call this river but would all depend on your read on player….I'd say fold but it's read dependent cause he bet almost pot.
