This happened in MTT at final table. Just wanted to hear people’s opinions on whether or not MP+1 holding KK got unlucky or EXACTLY expectation (0.6BB not- withstanding).

I don’t understand what you’re asking. Of course it’s unlucky to lose KK to KJs. Then again it’s lucky to get KK when someone with 7BB has KJs UTG. This is why I think worrying about who got lucky is a waste of time.
