300$ live 2 day tourney (nearly 1000 players) 20k starting stack 40 mins level in the last level of day 1

a level earlier i couldnt win with KK vs AK, now i'm looking for a spot to double up cause i dont wanna come back the next day with that short of a stack

utg 16k

mp25k

button 50k

sb 100k

bb hero 14k Qheart5heart

blinds 600/1200 ante 100

utg raises 2600 ( he raised utg 3rd time in a row)

mp calls (any 2 player just lost a big pot)

button calls (active player in many pots just doubled up)

sb calls (pretty new at the table)

bb hero calls

flop (14k)  JheartJclub6heart

all check

turn 9spade

utg bet 3200, mp folds, button calls, sb folds

hero?

i guess pre i have to call 1,4k for over 10k

the original plan was to check raise the flop if i really flop the flush draw  but … 🙁

gamble (ALL IN) or fold & hope for some steals in the remaining half hour?

fold pre, you have like 11bbs, you don't want to waste them with q5s, as played I jam flop and hope that no one else has a higher flush draw than ours

3bet jam pre or fold. You can 3bet jam with 10bb's in live poker and it is like 16-20bbs online.

From the information given on players in the pot, it looks like the perfect spot for you to squeeze light and jam it in preflop. Never flatting pre from your stack. If you are flatting pre i would stop and go any flop you get a decent piece of which obviously you did so just jam the flop. You need to have a plan from your stack, not deep enough to be taking flops without a plan.

Either squeezing or folding pre.  I think flatting here is a pretty big leak with our stack size.  As played I'd just go ahead and jam the flop smacking it as hard as you did.
