Hey,
No reads.
Which line do you take here? 3-bet/fold, 3-bet shove, flat or fold? i think if we do decide to 3-bet here we're prolly going to get the right odds to call a 4-bet shove since we only need around 32% equity to call or something like that.
so personally i think folding is prolly fine readless.
thoughts please?

I think this is a fold. It could be a flat vs some villains if you have a read that they'll play weakly postflop or you think they're more likely than usual to think you could be trapping. I don't like 3bet/folding this hand or 3bet/calling it, and I think it's too deep to just 3bet shove with three players left to act vs an EP raise.
The only other thing I would add is that I think it's quite bad to be exclusively playing reshove or fold poker at 23bb. There are some spots you can flat, and plenty of spots where you can 3bet/fold. Having a 3bet/fold range also gives you the ability to 3bet/call the top of your range, and get much more value from it. That's not to say that you can never shove 23bb over an open – far from it – but I think to only shove or fold is going to result in missing a lot of good spots.

Good point Matt – it's the position here I don't like flatting in as there is a risk of being squeezed behind, on the button against the right villain or on the button a flat looks like an option to me. Though I guess a flat/fold to a squeeze isn't the worst play as it allows you some balance if you like to flat the occasional stronger hand with the hope to call or 4b/5b a squeeze?
