I was wondering if this is a marginal fold. I have a decent stack and I think I am at best flipping unless he is awful and doing this with 77+ or whatever. I usually put him on Ak in a spot like this but he limps…It is a big race when I don't think I need it to accumulate chips but I could be wrong.

First hand you could bet fold turn as i doubt he raises weaker than your hand.  Second hand Limp jam is very strong IMO so I see no problem with folding jacks, although your raise size is too small, I would make it 500.  His range is like QQ+ and AK which has you in bad shape.

Agree.

1st hand is a way ahead/way behind spot at its finest. You can't be flipping against anything there … I fold without reads. AK doesn't play this way. Maybe AdKx but even then I doubt it since his shove gets rid of every single hand he beats.

2nd hand is a fold, too. Just assume he's a donk thinking he can get cute and limp/jam AA to trap people until you see him turn over a hand. He should never be doing this with 99 or TT.
